Branding services and pricing

We offer three different branding services to suit your budget:


Basic service: £750 + VAT
This covers:
  • A firm logo – provided in electronic formats for you to use in any setting
  • Average 6 hours of design time to create 2-3 options
  • Telephone discussion and questionnaire for creative feedback

Standard service: £1,200 + VAT
This covers:
  • A firm logo – provided in electronic formats for you to use in any setting
  • Average 10 hours design time to create 3-4 options
  • Telephone discussion and questionnaire for creative feedback
  • Brand ‘setting’ for letterhead, compliment slips, business cards and website
  • Essential corporate branding guidelines PDF

Premium service: £2,500 + VAT
This covers:
  • A firm logo – provided in electronic formats for you to use in any setting

  • Average 20 hours design time to create 6-8 options
  • Telephone discussion and questionnaire for creative feedback
  • Brand ‘setting’ for letterhead, compliment slips, business cards and website
  • Logo variations for different coloured backgrounds, sizes etc
  • Comprehensive corporate branding guidelines PDF booklet
  • Corporate brochure design (up to 8 pages)

Any additional work outside of any of these services is subject to an hourly charge @ £50+VAT per hour.



How the process works


Stage 1: Placing your order
If you would like to order, we will post you terms and conditions, and a questionnaire to help us get an idea of the kind of image you would like. To order, you just need to send a signed confirmation form back to us, a completed questionnaire and payment of 25% of the service fee.

Stage 2: Initial composition
Once we receive your order, we will create a number of initial compositions (logos) based on your questionnaire and any discussions we have had. We will email these to you, and you can then decide if you like any of them, or suggest changes.

Stage 3: Revision Cycles
After we receive your feedback on the initial composition, we will send a further logo based on what you have told us. This process continues until you are happy with the logo.

For the first three cycles you can suggest radical changes to the composition, but after the third cycle you should only be suggesting modifications to the existing composition. You may have up to 10 revision cycles, and we ask that you at least respond to each new composition within 30 days.

Stage 4: Completion
When you are happy with the logo, we will email you the electronic files, a PDF booklet if appropriate, and invoice you for the remainder of the fee.


Stationery and printing services
We can provide letterhead, business cards and compliment slips at discount rates.
